We purchased this outstanding collection of A.H Hirsch from a long time client of ours in New York city. Hirsch used to be his daily pour, that is until prices shot to the moon! This round we purchased 17 bottles total, consisting of 5 bottles of the elusive 20 year old ‘Red Wax’ variant, 3 bottles of 16 year old ‘Blue Wax’, which supposedly was the first “pre-tanked” version of Hirsch 16 year. 1 bottle of Hirsch 13 year rye and last but not least 8 flawless examples of the famous A.H Hirsch 16 year old ‘Gold Wax’. This is some fabulous nectar inside these bottles from a bygone era which will never be repeated. When they are gone, they will be gone forever.
